Comments

2. Return Conditions

• Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Please contact us at info@tashatap.com with your order number and detailed information about the issue, including photos of the product.
• Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
• Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
• Buyer’s Remorse: We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size/color choices made by the customer. Please refer to our size guides before placing an order.

Additional Provisions Considering Printful’s Specifics

Order Fulfillment All our products are printed and shipped on demand by our partner, Printful. Production times may vary and are specified on each product page.

Shipping

Delivery Times: Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. They are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance.

Order Cancellation

Before Fulfillment: Orders can be canceled or modified only before fulfillment has started. Please contact us immediately at info@tashatap.com if you wish to cancel or modify your order.

After Fulfillment Begins: Once fulfillment has started, we cannot accept cancellations or modifications.
